Cancellation Policy

For one-off sessions, or flexible monthly mentoring or coaching sessions, cancellation is available up to 48-hours before our appointment, and a full refund will be sent. To reschedule your appointment, please get in touch at least 24 hours before the session is due to take place. You will receive an online meeting link for our mentoring or coaching session. Please arrive promptly so we can make the most of the time you have booked. If you are purchasing a 12-month quarterly or monthly package, you are making a commitment to the full 12-month programme of business development coaching or mentoring.
