The challenge was to establish a strong customer base for this new business, ensuring the company could be found easily by people looking for local cab services, while establishing trust and reliability despite not yet having an online reputation.
Since launch, Connect Cars Cotswolds has regularly been over-booked, and has accumulated 40 Google My Business reviews while consistently retaining a minimum 4.9-star rating.
